Order Processing

Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders placed within this window will be processed the same day and shipped the same or the next day.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $12.95. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

If you require expedited shipping please call or email us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Package insurance is available to purchase and is recommended for autographed items. It is an additional $10 and must be added to your cart before completing your purchase.

International Orders

International orders are accepted; however, they must be placed via phone or email. The payment portal on this website is not able to accommodate such orders.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or an exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

The buyer is expected to pay for return shipping, and original shipping will not be refunded. The only exception is for items that are damaged.
